Fresco BS was established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Interfood 20 d.o.o., a leader with over 30 years of experience in the procurement, processing, and trade of wild mushrooms and fruits. Our goal was to enrich the offerings of hospitality establishments with high-quality products tailored to the needs of the modern market.
Since 2005, we have represented the renowned Italian company Greci, which boasts a tradition spanning over 100 years and exports its products to more than 40 countries worldwide. Through our parent company, Interfood 20 d.o.o., we have been Greci’s supplier of wild mushrooms and fruits for over 30 years. Their products are adapted to various tastes and requirements of the hospitality industry, with their extensive range enabling the creation of unique menus.
In 2024, we initiated a collaboration with the Dutch company ZZA, a leader in cheese supply. While ZZA is known for its wide array of cheeses, we have chosen to supply mozzarella, with plans for further expansion of our assortment.
Our focus is on importing the highest quality products, and with your suggestions, we will continue to expand our range. We believe that together, we can enhance our offerings and elevate them to a European level.
